Thousands of Egyptian Workers Address Their Messages:
To Egyptian Businessmen and the International Labour Organization
In cooperation with the Center for Trade Union and Workers Services, the Egyptian Federation of Independent Trade Unions held a massive labour conference at the Syndicate of Journalists yesterday evening (2nd March 2011). Thousands of workers addressed their messages to the democratic powers of the Egyptian society, the Egyptian businessmen and the International Labour Organization. They announced their demands in these messages with a particular emphasis that the “official governmental” Federation of Trade Unions does not represent them.
